Always a dancer, I connected to movement and music deeply at a very young age. After having my two beautiful boys, I was absolutely amazed how Pilates changed my body, core strength and improved my everyday movement. This inspired me to incorporate key elements of these trainings into my fitness classes. Driven to share the incredible benefits that I  have experienced, I went on to complete certifications for Fitness Instructor Specialist with Canfitpro™, Total Barre® with Merrithew™ and Pilates & Integrated Movement Therapies (IMT)® through Second Wind®.

Through the years I have brought Soul Tone Movement into Schools, Dance Studios, Yoga and Pilates Studios. I have taught every age through various classes, Workshops and collaborations.

Another passion that I have made a career is my love for Astrology!

Astrology has been a deep passion of mine for most of my life. It has helped me over the years navigate huge changes, challenges & celebrations along with a deep study, understanding and compassion for myself and for others. In recent years wanting to share this knowledge with my clients, family and friends, I was inspired and blessed to be accepted in DSA School and be taught by Debra Silverman herself! Since graduated, I have travelled to many beautiful places to read in-depth charts for such amazing women. I am full of gratitude for the incredible feedback and impact it has had on so many. Along with the transformative STM movement classes I teach, Astrology is the perfect piece to incorporate , making Soul Tone Movement come to life in a new way. Building strength, confidence, grace and growth from the inside-out.

When I'm not teaching, you will find me hiking with my boys, working on a new DIY project from clothing to refurbishing furniture, creating healing jewellery for friends, family & clients, listening to podcasts on business, mindfulness or Astrology! I'm a girl who is always reading, learning, evolving and sharing!

I believe everyone is uniquely beautiful and I love to celebrate that in my everyday life and through the classes I teach. As a Teacher, it is most important for me to offer an inclusive and supportive environment, creating a space of inspiration and positivity allowing for inner strength, self confidence and growth. I am so excited for us to experience the power of healing through movement and Astrology together!
